In this case, technicians can solve the faults of the equipment, programs and software of customers remotely without going to the sites, thus saving time, manpower and money.
Automatic control system for paste making and supply
In the automatic control system, a non-contact ultrasonic liquid level meter is mounted on the paste bucket on the site and set with both upper and lower limits. When the level of the paste in the paste bucket is lower than the lower limit, the non-contact ultrasonic liquid level meter will give a signal to the PLC that will then start a pump to supply paste automatically; after the level of the paste in the paste bucket reaches the upper limit, the pump will stop automatically. When the level of the paste in the paste bucket on the site is lower than the lower limit, paste will be obtained from the bigger paste bucket automatically; and when the level of the paste in the bigger paste bucket is lower than the lower limit, the paste will be obtained from the stirrer automatically; when there is no longer any paste in the stirrer, the computer will decide to give priority to automatic paste making according to the volume of the paste in the paste bucket of the single and double sided machine. The entire process can realize paste making and supply, automation, standardization and datamation easily.
Core technology of the one-step full automatic paste making
It is on-line automatic viscosity detection. If a pipeline viscometer made in U.S. is used, the cost will be about RMB100,000. At present, the domestic technologies are not mature and are almost blank. Minghui successfully developed a viscometer for on-line automatic detection after researches of six months (three patents have been applied for it). With a more scientific and reasonable design and a simplified process, the viscometer developed by Minghui costs about RMB3,000 only, presenting a unique performance-price ratio in the industry.
Mechanical part
The horizontal stirrer has a special design that makes stirring more even and avoids dead angles during stirring. The motor’s power and speed are 7.5kW and 85rpm respectively (or 22kW and 1200-1400rpm respectively for the motor of a vertical paste making machine); and the starch chamber has a horizontal design and realizes charging through a double-helical machine. The horizontal stirrer has a big opening in the bottom, which effectively solves the problem that vertical starch chambers suffer easy material blockage when the starch moisture is larger than 13%. The horizontal stirrer is only 1.3m in height (a vertical stirrer is about 2m in height). In the case that the automatic and manual functions fail, manual operation will be very convenient and it is unnecessary to keep a backup stirrer, thus saving more space.
